CUSTOM SOFTWARE

A platform that connects selling with organising the trip.

Behind every booking there is availability, pricing, conditions, payments and communication with several parties. When these live in separate systems, the team spends time checking and re-entering the same information.

At ENOR, we build platforms that connect these processes: from the customer’s search and the offer to confirmation, documents and administration after the booking.

WHO IT’S FOR

Solutions shaped around your business model.

Each operating model has different flows, parties and rules. The platform is built around the way you work.

  • Small cove with turquoise water and rocks

Operating models we build software for.

  • Travel agencies

    Offers, customers, bookings and suppliers.

  • Tour operators

Packages, departures, capacity, participants and services.

  • OTAs — online travel agencies

Search, comparison, booking and after-sales service.

  • DMCs

Coordinating services and partners at the destination.

  • Tour and activity operators

Schedules, capacity, participants, meeting points and tickets.

  • Business travel

Requests, travel policies, approvals and reporting.

  • Transfer platforms

Bookings by itinerary, vehicle and number of passengers.

TRAVEL PORTALS

One place for offers and bookings.

The portal shows each service with the information customers need to decide, and sends the request into the right flow.

  • Destinations
  • Service categories
  • Search and filters
  • Maps
  • Galleries and descriptions
  • Availability
  • Price summary
  • Cancellation terms
  • Customer accounts
  • Booking history
  • Documents
  • Support requests

Three ways of operating that are never mixed up

  1. 01Portal with quote requestsThe customer sends a request and the team returns an offer with a price and a validity period.
  2. 02Instantly confirmed bookingWhen the source allows it, the confirmation comes back during the process, after the price is rechecked.
  3. 03Booking that needs supplier approvalThe request stays pending until the supplier accepts or declines it.

GDS AND API INTEGRATIONS

Connections to the sources of offers and bookings.

The platform can connect to distribution systems and supplier APIs. Each integration is assessed on its own, because access, features and conditions differ from one provider to another.

Possible integrations with systems such as

  • Amadeus
  • Sabre
  • Travelport
  • Hotel suppliers
  • Tour and activity operators
  • Car rental services
  • Transfer operators
  • Other travel systems

For each provider we assess

  • The specific product and API
  • Sandbox and production access
  • The contract
  • Available inventory
  • Markets
  • Authorisations
  • The certification process, when required
  • Search, booking and post-booking service
  • Limits and costs

Distribution system

  • SearchIn scope
  • Re-pricingIn scope
  • BookingDepends on product
  • Ticket issuingNeeds authorisation
  • Changes and refundsNeeds authorisation

Issuing and changing tickets need separate authorisations and don’t come with booking.

Pick a source to see how the integration scope is documented. The values are an example, not a description of a specific provider.

An integration gives access only to the products, markets and inventory defined in the agreement. It doesn’t automatically open every flight, hotel and service.

Being able to book a flight doesn’t automatically mean being able to issue or change the ticket. These depend on authorisations and the operating model.

INVENTORY AND AVAILABILITY

Control over what can be sold.

We separate total capacity, booked, provisional holds and available, for your own inventory and for the inventory that comes from suppliers.

Add a provisional hold, confirm it or release the capacity. Switch off the supplier connection to see what happens.

When inventory comes from external systems, we reduce the risk of overbooking with checks and clear deadlines, but we don’t promise to eliminate it completely.

When the supplier connection is down, the interface clearly shows that availability hasn’t been verified.

PACKAGES AND ITINERARIES

From separate services to an organised trip.

The team builds the offer day by day, while each service keeps its own status until it is confirmed.

  • Day-by-day itinerary

The party that receives the payment and is responsible for refunds.

    • Who pays the supplier

The party that settles the payable, and when.

Access and data separation between agencies are enforced on the server, not only in the interface.

An agent’s trading limit is not presented as an e-wallet without explaining the financial model.

The booking price and terms are stored as a snapshot. Changing today’s rate doesn’t rewrite the history of an existing booking.

Competitor data is used only from authorised sources. We don’t promise a guaranteed revenue increase from dynamic pricing.

    PAYMENTS AND FINANCE

Payments, confirmations and documents follow separate statuses, so the team knows exactly what has happened.

Payment, confirmation and documents each have their own status.

Compare the usual flow with the case where the payment goes through but the supplier doesn’t confirm.

A completed payment doesn’t automatically mean a confirmed booking. If the supplier doesn’t confirm, the case is handled according to the model: review, an alternative, voiding the authorisation or a refund.

Financial confirmations are verified on the server with the payment provider, not just from the customer returning to the page.

    • 08The refund is partial.Expected result: The net amount, payables and reports are updated correctly.
